Hi WISH-ERS!! I need some help. How do you make time to work out every day?? I am having a hard time finding the time to do so. I'm up at 6am making breakfast and lunch for DH (and myself), am out the door at 6:45am, am at work until 5pm, and don't get home until 5:30pm, then have to make dinner... so we're cleaned up around 6:30pm, then I have to work on my part time job until 8pm or so, and by then, I'm exhausted and working on getting ready for the day tomorrow, not to mention doing laundry, and cleaning a bit around the house.
Any advice??!?!?! HEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!

so I hopefully will be allowed to do that. Great idea. I feel like there sometimes are just not enough hours in the day!!!!
morning. In the evening I work out late somes around 10 even up to around 11:30. DH goes to work at 11. I find I sleep so much better at night this way. Been doing this since last July lost 38 pounds this way.
)then get into workout clothes and start around 5 am. My workouts last approx. 1 hr-1.5 hrs, depending on what I do that day, so after I shower and dress I am "ready for the day" no later than 6:45.
