Thank you I did see that, however we were just at Disney this past weekend and saw wagons, coolers with wheels and backpacks pretty much everyone had those on. That's why I came here because it's very confusing.

It is confusing but it is best to follow the posted rules then to get there and be told you can't use it. Plus here we can't give any advise that is directly against Disney's posted policies so while yes people do it, it doesn't mean it is right by Disney's rules.

Disney is awful at enforcing their own rules. You might get in, you might not. I'm sure others are getting in with things that don't meet the criteria, but do you want to run the risk of being told no? Because it means you would be sent back to your car or resort to drop off the stroller/wagon, then what would you use for your stroller that day?

I would not chance it. I have seen them remove people from the park because of wagons. I was waiting for DH by the exit of MK and people watching. I saw a man come in with a wagon. Was apparently told to fold it and directed to stroller rental. (I was too far to hear but judging by body language, pointing etc) He walked ten or so feet, looked around and opened it up. A CM came over. Similar "conversation" lots of nodding. folds it up. Walks ten feet, opens it back up. This time upper level CM and security comes up. The wagon is folded and the man is escorted from the park.

The Keenz is a wagon. Wagons are the first thing listed as not permitted.
Backpacks and coolers are permitted (although coolers as supposed to be carried).

if it is meant to be pushed, it's allowed. Something that is meant to be pulled behind you is not allowed.

Wagons that are pushed technically aren't allowed if you look at the FAQ it doesn't say pulled wagon it just says wagons.

I believe most wagons would not meet the dimensions for pushed items anyways so even if they could be pushed they would be too big to navigate through the parks. I do wish they would go back to enforcing this more. I've noticed the whole please stop by guest relations to check that does not work. They should start denying entry out right and that would get people to stop trying to push the rules.

And to be honest, I don't think its a good stroller for the parks anyway. The beauty of strollers is that kids can lay back and sleep in them. These don't look like the seats lay back at all. Also the size would make it very difficult to maneuverer.

Gracie09 is correct on a few points. I own this stroller. The "seats" do not lie back at all. The child(ren) sit bolt upright at a 90 degree angle. Another issue is that we have had more than a few problem with one child kicking the other in the mouth as the two face each other and share limited leg area. The stroller does have EXCELLENT maneuverability. And probably the best sun canopy of any stroller on the market. But my two special needs kids can only tolerate it for short outings of under 1.5-2 hours before there are tears. This is our go-to stroller for Dr. Appts or indoor events as our double side-by-side doesn't fit through many doors.
