:)We are leaving tomorrow afternoon (arriving Thurs.) for WDW. My dilemma is that we have APs that expire at the end of Sept. and I was planning on renewing them when we got down there to take advantage of the extra 3 mos. extension. Well, now that the ticket prices are going up on Thurs., do you think I should call Member Services tomorrow before we go and renew them at the lower price and do a "will call" on them to pick up while we are there? I know that we are outside the 30-day renewal window by a few weeks but I read on another thread that they are renewing them up to 60 days prior. It is my understanding that APs are going up $50 and that would be a savings of $100. Do you think this can be done? Appreciate any advice. TIA.

The price for new APs is only going up $10 per pass. Not sure what the new price is for renewals.

You can also renew on-line at the passholder website and get the current DVC member pricing. Go to disneyworld.com and click on the passholder link near the top of the page.

Thanks muchl. I think I'll just go to Guest Services when we are down there and renew so I can be assured of getting the extra 3 mos. When I read somewhere that the renewals were going up $50, I thought it would be worth it to try and renew before price increase and before we left tomorrow but I don't think the aggravation I would have to go through before we leave is worth the extra few $ we will save if you know what I mean. I really have enough to do before we leave! Appreciate the info!

In addition to the Theme Parks, there is a guest relations location at Downtown Disney where you can renew your APs.

Sorry to ask, but are these official numbers? I was assuming that these would be the prices, but have been unable to find any concrete documentation. Thanks in advance.

I've not seen them actually posted by Disney or DVC anywhere, but most other websites have these as the new prices for DVC members. Also, all official AP prices that I have seen are an increase of $10. The price for a regular AP (non FL resident, non DVC Member) increased $10 to $499. If they are to retain the $100 savings for DVC Members, the new DVC AP will be $399 as I posted. Prices are before tax.

Yes, they're posted on the Disney Parks blog I believe as well. Somewhere I had and posted the link in another thread.
