Need Advice: One day at MK...what should we do??

Ah. Ok. So my family is going to Universal over Thanksgiving. And me and my sister are all like, "we are so close to dw!." And then we decided.. "whats holding us back?" So we are going to go one day. We are going to take a taxi, and get a one day pass for Magic Kingdom, all of this with our own money. We have done disney many times. My question is what should be a not miss? Does anyone have a one-day plan of attack?? What should be avoided? Etc. Give me all you got.
