Need Advice on office meetings

Our Real Estate office has just started having once a month office meetings in the morning and I'm trying to think of some fun ideas. This last one I had a speaker come in who runs an organizing business, stages homes, etc and she gave a fun talk on how to organize your home office so it runs more efficeintly. At our sales meetings we have boring stuff like mortgage brokers, tax advisors, etc for our agents but I want to have more fun topics at these once a month things. We have about 30-45 minutes set aside for the meetings, then we head to preview new listings and then back to the office for a nice lunch. Any fun ideas for speakers, etc??

Was the staging for the interior? If so, how about a "curbside appeal" speaker? Maybe have someone in the real estate field that is doing well (in these times) give some things to think about. Also a brainstorming meeting on partnerships with local businesses, something like buy/sell from our company and receive 20% off of your purchases at Catie's Curtains. Good advertising for them, and a bonus to your customers.

I'd suggest having speakers in who can discuss how to use technology to be more successful in your business. It surprises me how many people I encounter every day who are just overwhelmed with the idea of learning how to use email or browse the Internet. They'd love a non-threatening environment about how to make best uses of these tools.

And from there you can have speakers discuss how to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools. Very helpful to sales people!

Those are great ideas for our sales meetings!! What I'm thinking of for these mid-month meetings is something less serious and more personal/fluff. Maybe a personal trainer talking about how to fit in little bits of excercise in your day, etc.

Oh! How about getting a nutritionist to come in and give some brief, "Eat This, Not That" information. I think those are some good tidbits to know.
