Need advice on gift for family

A friend of a friend will be going on a land and sea adventure through Make A Wish Foundation. I loaned them my WDW Passporter and my DCL Passporter. I'd like to do a little something for them when they arrive, but have no idea what to do. The are mom and dad, DD's 13 and twins 4. One of the twins is the wish recipient. They will be celebrating the twins birthdays and mom and dad's anniversary when they are at WDW, but I'd like to do something on the ship. Any ideas?
