Need Advice on Dates for Free Dining 2013

We are planning an October 2013 trip. I have done some research and it appears that Disney consistently offers free dining the last week of October. We are looking at an arrival date of Saturday, October 26.

Does anyone have any insight into the odds that the free dining plan will be offered at that time?

All bets are kind of off so far this year. They typically offer FD in the beginning of the year, and for the beginning of 2013 they have come out with the new Stay, Play, Dine deal instead of FD.

It looks like this deal is the new FD, and FD will be exclusively given in pins (if the rest of the year remains the same).

Absolutely no way to tell, as they have for the past few years offered public free dining in January and the beginning of February - and have not this year, except via some PIN codes in limited distribution.

All bets are off as to free dining.

Well, it looks like I will need to familiarize myself a little more with Stay, Plan and Dine.
