Let me start by saying when you're at Disney it's a whole new world. All bets are off and all schedules are put to the wayside.
My youngest DD never napped usually, but at Disney I could have set my watch by them. It's totally different for kids there because they are outside in a different weather pattern, running around to the characters and the rides and the excitement is up and down and boy they get exhausted. You can help by enforcing a schedule - go back to the hotel room around noon for either a dip in the pool, which might help the nap or right to the room for a nap - the bus ride back might help. Then go back to the park around 4pm for dinner and some night time fun. But trust me on your ride back your child will be sleeping. You'll even find them napping in the stroller....trust me they will nap.
