Need advice from parents of small kids

I'll add that the Topolinos character breakfast was fantastic (food wise) and our 4 YO was so excited to meet the Fab 5. Going off what others have said and not having done CRT or Artists Point post-COVID, I'd say the character interaction was closer to Artists Point. I understand it's a difficult reservation to get but would highly recommend if you can snag one!

Don’t do BOG. It’s super loud and the only character is the Beast. They might enjoy being inside the castle for CRT, but again this is way scaled back and I personally wouldn’t pay for it right now. You best bets are Chef Mickeys (MK), Tusker House (AK), and Hollywood and Vine (HS). Unlike pretty much everyone else we did not enjoy Toppolinos. Yes, the food was good, but it does take a while to get there (so a good resort day activity) and it was simply too loud. We couldn’t hear each other or the server and the repetitive accordion music gave me a headache. If you want to see princesses do a formal meet and greet in Fantasyland in MK or look up the times for the day you’re in EP.

My 5 year old loved CRT and to be honest, we only booked it this time because it's substantially cheaper than in the before time.

But really, the BEST character interactions I've ever had were at Garden Grill in Epcot.

We love Garden Grill! We go there every time.

OP - your grandkids would be the perfect age for the Disney Jr breakfast at Hollywood &Vine (Hollywood Studios) if they're familiar with those characters
