Hi everyone,
As you might know from previous posts, my hubby and I are spending New Years Eve weekend at Citywalk, but we also want to visit IOA and Universal during our stay....We will be arriving late on 12/29 (approx 8:30pm) but departing late on 1/01/02 (approx 6:20pm)..... What do you suggest we do to get the most out of our stay??? Since we are departing late on 1/02, is that enough time to maybe visit Disney (Magic Kingdom), or should we stay near Universal??? I know to visit Disney we would have to rent a car for one day, is it worth it, or should we choose a hotel that offers rides to all parks, in case we have time to go??

Monday night (12/31) will be totally devoted to Citywalk, at least from 9pm until closing.....

Sorry for rambling on!!

All suggestions welcome!!!!!

Hi louise!
If I were you, I'd stay verrry close to Universal. Maybe even on-site, if possible. The parks will be open a little later on those days and you would still be best off allotting one day per park. I'd try to do no driving around either.
You'll be able to ride & see everything (day & nite); catch all shows; tour HRH & PBH if you want; and shop / dine all over CityWalk. CityWalk will be an adventure in itself even. (Haven't been there on N.Y. Eve, stayed 29th/30th, but could tell it was gonna be huge!)
Yep, I'd save the Disney trip for another time.
Oh, and don't be surprised if it's 30 degrees like last year!!
Jim
