I am just starting out with this excercise thing....
The past two days I did a leslie sansone 30 minute DVD...walk away the pounds. It used 2 lb weights for the arms. I liked it but would like to target the rear end also ( big time!) I am new to excercise so I'm afraid to just go out and buy a new tape for the butt...I know me...if at first I can't do it...I'll start getting depressed. Does anyone have suggestions for a video to ease into the shaping of the rear that they enjoy?? I hear alot about The Firm tapes...what are they all about??
