Need advice for dinner on 10/1 at Hollywood Studios

Anyone have any advice for us?

We are flying in on Saturday in the afternoon, and plan on quickly checking into our off-site townhome and then heading over to Hollywood Studios. We should get there around 5:30/6:00 and the only thing we really want to do that night is Fantasmic. I just checked the times guide (over at easywdw) and there's not much for quick service open. The ABC commissary is listed as open - but the food choices just don't look any good. Is there other decent qs at DHS that I'm missing? Or can we bring food in and eat it while we wait for F!?

(FYI - this is our very first trip so we probably won't be as efficient as getting around as some of you are!)

The commissary is not very good, there has to be something else open. Fairfax fare? Sunset ranch? I would eat at Min and Bills first. Pizza planet?

The street that leads to F! and ToT is used as the mass queue for F!. Located along the street are half a dozen QS food stands and a combined outdoor picnic seating area. In effect, it's a food court. I'd suggest eating there because each person can go to a different one to get their meal while still eating together, and afterwards you can immediately join the F! crowd.

Thanks, I didn't even think of the food cart/stand idea. I knew there had to be more options than the commissary. That sounds a lot easier then trying to bring something in.
