Need Advice for Christmas WDW Trip without Parks

Hi all, this year I have 10 DL and 2 WDW tripe planned. At Christmas I have a 4 night trip at Poly DVC during Christmas week. I want to try something new and skip them parks for this one trip. I’m looking for ideas of things to do during those 4 nights within WDW without theme parks. This is because I never allow myself any time to explore non park locations. My Family is myself, wife, and child (4.5). Looking to make it enjoyable for my daughter without parks.

Ideas so far:
- Hoop dee doo review
- princess makeover @ Disney sprints
- T Rex
- Rain forest Cafe
- Mickeys kitchen
- Ahona Breakfast / Dinner
- firework cruise
- spa for wife

Any other ideas?

After the Hoop dee doo take a horse drawn carriage ride at fort wilderness. I have never been but heard it’s inexpensive and Christmastime is well decorated at the fort!!! There is also a sing along with chip and dale where you can roast marshmallows and make s’mores which is free but you have to purchase the s’more kits ( but after the Hoop dee doo you won’t want to see food for a while)
