Need advice - can't pick just one...HELP!

My DH is taking me on date night for my birthday in June. I've narrowed my restaurant choices to 5. Please please help me pick just one...I can't do it myself...

In no particular order :

Coral Reef
Yachtsman
Citricos
Le Cellier
California Grill

If I'm missing one that's sparktaculous, let me know.

Even though I have only been to one on your list, LeCellier(we love it!) I would choose Citricos. The food gets great reviews, the restaurant pictures I have seen look beautiful, and it's at the GF. To me the GF is beautiful and romantic. You could dress up and not look out of place. With that said, DH and I were at WDW for our anniversary in July and we had dinner at Tutto Italia and it was fantastic! The food, service and ambiance was just perfect. Then afterwards we strolled the WS, then caught Illuminations. It was a great night.

Romance with more of a budget in mind - Jiko

If I had date night anywhere in WDW, it would be Jiko - HANDS DOWN! The atmosphere is very romantic and AKL is beautiful. The wine list is pretty good and they also have great appetizers.

I say Jiko! Went for my birthday in Oct and the food and atmosphere was out of this world!

I don't think Jiko would really be an option...I prefer more "boring" foods...not really that adventurous...however, saying that...just how "exotic" is it?

We went to Citricos in September and just LOVED it! Although anything at EPCOT would be fun for date night, with a walk around the lagoon afterwards.

Cali Grille however is my FAVORITE! It's killing me to try something new for dbf and I in June.
