Need Advice BWV or BLT

so i am planning a week end of august and our choices are Bay Lake (lake View) or Boardwalk (Boardwalk View) since i have been an owner i have stayed at AKL, BWV, and 2 times a beach club. I love walking to epcot and HWS and the whole scene around epcot. I like that you can walk into the magic kingdom and have easy access to the monorail resorts but taking the bus to the other 3 parks is a negative to me. we are torn and would like to hear everyone option maybe i am not thinking of something.

If you don't mind the TTC transfer and long ride, you can take the monorail from BLT to EPCOT. You could follow that up with a longer walk through EPCOT and to DHS, too

But, personally, I think you should try every resort.

Based on what you've said I would go with bwv. Only blt if you absolutely love mk.

Well the decision might be made for us last night one of the nights at bwv Boardwalk view disappeared so we are leaning towards BLT I agree I should try a new resort ha never though I would be this torn.

I vote split stay! You'll have great transportation to 3 parks!

that is always a possibility but something about moving all the bags for a weeks stay does not seem fun....i did it once for a 8 night stay 2 and 6 nights.....its going to be a hard choice as i get down to the booking day of the 22nd

I'm a big believer in trying something new. IMHO, I would try a split stay or BLT. You never know, you might find a new favorite resort! Good luck deciding!

I would try BLT. I like the restaurants around MK better than the Epcot resorts (with the exception of a couple inside of Epcot). Also, it puts you in short distance from hoop de do (via bus ride) and the unique offerings at VGF and Poly, such as pirate fireworks viewings etc.....

i just like to hear what people think about both resorts but i am leaning towards BLT i do like the monorail access and the first time i was in disney in 1986 we stayed there so i guess its time to go back....29 years later...
