NEED ADVICE ASAP-renting vehicles at Amtrak station in Kissimmee??

My husband are in the midst of planning a school trip for one of his clubs which is to take place in June 2010. They are thinking about taking the Amtrak from NC to Kissimmee station and will be renting house off property (in the Kissimmee area). We will have a total of 14 people (10 students and 4 chaperones) and will need two vehicles (most likely minivans); however, I'm worried that there might not be any convenient car rental agencies to the station itself, and we definitely don't want to take a cab with that big of a group in order to get the vehicles. Has anyone rented a car which they could pick up at or VERY nearby the Amtrak station in Kissimmee??

This link notes that here is no rental car service at the Kissimmee station, but there is at the Orlando one.
