Need Advice: Air Conditioner Repair

My parents are currently at Fort and their air conditioner is leaking and not working. Can anyone recommend someone/service that they can call to get this repaired? Thank you.

Are they sure it isn't just iced up? You can look by removing the filter cover and filter. Been camping in Florida several times this time of year and have had the fins become a solid block of ice which stops air flow. Shutting it off and letting it melt or turn it to fan only and letting it melt resolves it. Just a thought before spending money on a repair guy.
