Just did this today, so I thought I'd report for others who might be in the same boat.
Call 407-824-2803. The person who answers the phone can help you. You will need to know the date and time of your show, and the name of the party.
I was offered a choice of a grilled vegetable platter or pasta with marinara sauce.
I was told to tell my server when I am seated that I have a special meal ordered.
That's it! Very easy.
