Need a tip....

Looking to make some Sesame Street costumes... need to make some headgear.

I was thinking sweatshirts with hoods and then I purchased some feather boa's to wrap around it, then adding the accessories..

It seems plain red/blue/yellow/green hooded sweatshirts are hard to come by and I've tried about 10 stores.. Everything has patterns on them, etc.

Do you have any suggestions, you crafty people out there?

How about fruit of the Loom? Last time I was in the US (admittedly a long time ago ) Walmart had lots of colours of tshirts and sweatshirts from FOTL
