Has anyone seen them IRL?? Does it have a basket?? I doesn't look like it but on albabee they say it doesn't have a sotrage basket??? I've been looking around but can't find one anywhere but online. and i don't mind ordering off line since i'll prolly get a better price but still need some info! LOL

My local OUAC has these. I've played with them a bit; they are fairly easy to fold, but it's a little tricky until you get the hang of it. Can't tell you about the suspension as I didn't have little ones with me to put in it.

It doesn't have a basket per se. What it has is a cubby that opens to the sides (it is in the space beneath the rear seat.) The cubby is a bit larger than a large loaf of bread, about 8" x 8", a square tube that goes across the width of the stroller. It would be useful for holding blankies and jackets, but probably not items like toys or bottles, which would fall out easily through the open ends. The front end of the stroller is pretty heavy -- a Skip-hop or a backpack over the handles for storage should work fine without tipping, unless you overpack it.

i actually just bought this stroller a few weeks ago. the basket is definately small and like the lady above described.

i have an 8 month old and a 3.5 yr old that i'll be using this stroller for. i really like it and it does fold up small, which is nice.

i got mine (it was the eddie bauer edition) at Target for $99. if you have one close, then check there.

I've got one and we took it to WDW in 2005. In 2006 we took two single Mac Volos.

It's a nice lightweight double but it can be a bit hard to steer and definitely can't be pushed one-handed. It has a nice small footprint compared to other tandems. I find it pushes better with the heavier child in the back even though it is designed for baby in the back/toddler in the front. The basket is practically useless - at WDW we shoved a change of clothes in there and left them. You can easily hand a bag off the handles without worrying about tipping and the back of the canopy does have some small pockets for park maps, napkins, etc.

I just saw the Signiture on Albee Baby's site but have NO idea what the difference is between the two. I've heard that Target has been clearancing out the Transit Tandem's in some areas so maybe the Signiture is a replacement? If that is the case, it is odd that Albee Baby is selling it cheaper than the TT.

I dont have any experiance with the double strollers by safety first, but I DO own a single by them and I LOVE it! I LOVE IT I LOVE IT I LOVE IT!! Its SOO lightweight easy to push and it was nice on the pocketbook as well! Thank you for posting the double stroller link that's a GREAT price! I've trying to find something cheap for the trip to disney. At that price its cheaper to buy than rent a double at disney for 7 days! This way I can strap them in at the airport too!
