Need A Room For 2 Nights

My family and I [3 total] are arriving in Orlando on August 8th. I need a room for 2 nights as we're going to see some real estate and go on an air-boat ride, etc. before going over to WDW for a few days. I'd like to stay somewhere within 30 minutes of WDW and not have to pay $200.00/night. We're an easy family so a room with double-beds will suffice.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
