I posted yesterday about Granville's for breakfast, and it sounds good, so I think we are going to try it. Do you typically need a reseration for breakfast on a Monday in late May? I don't know exactly what time we would get there, so I'd rather not make one if it isn't neccessary.

Thanks!

If you have young children, I would not recommend eating here. We ate here with my young son, and I have to say it was awful. The wait for the food was really long and the server was really put off when I asked for some crackers for my son to tide him over. Plus, our food really wasn't that good. We did make reservations, but there were not many people in there. For almost the same price you could do the character breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen.

Hm, did anyone else experience this? We do have young children, but we weren't very into the character breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen. We saw each character for about 1 minute, my kids won't do the dancing with Goofy, it was chaotic, and the food was mediocre. My kids just aren't that into seeing the characters, so I'd rather have a relaxed meal on one of our more relaxed days in the parks.

Were you there for breakfast or lunch/dinner? I'd really appreciate any input! Thanks!

DH and I loved the food. Nobody seemed to think it was open, we would just walk in and get seated.

The prices at Goofys are 2-3 times the price at Granvilles. Kids meals are under $6 compared to almost $15. Adults are under $10 compared to almost $25!

If you have young kids, you can always try Hook's Pointe. We've always had good experience and food at Hook's (huge Mickey head pancake ont eh children's menu). It's never been that busy for us (we always make a PS, the place has only been about 15% filled) and the servers have been very accommadating. The ceiling would be pretty cool if you have a pirate wannabe.

I have to totally disagree with this. The price is far cheaper than the character breakfasts, as you can see for yourself by looking at the childrens menus in the prior thread.

The food is fine, and we've always had great service.

I can't comment on the wait time, because I honestly don't recall whether it was long or not. We generally stop in without reservations for breakfast.

It is a sit down restaurant with tablecloths and such, they had coloring activities for our children so they didn't get bored. It's not the rowdy atmosphere you get at Goofys or Ariel's, it's a nice quiet place to eat with your family.
