Need a quick response to dumb ?'s!

Okay, I TOTALLY forgot to make my reservations for when we want to go in February, and the 180(+10) day is tomorrow! (Kids and I have been sick, lots going on with vacations and other family stuff...)
Does anyone know if the CRO is open 24/7, so that I could call in a little bit to make the reservation? And I only have to pay for one night to hold it, right? Oh, and the number again is...?
Also, if I book a room only, am I still able to use Disney Magical Express? We'll need it since we're not planning on renting a car.
My many thanks to anyone and everyone who answers this quickly- I feel like a real dummy!

CRO/DRC/WE is open from 7 am - 10 pm ET daily.

room only requires 1 night's deposit, yes. as you're more than 30 days out, you have 2 weeks to make said deposit.

a package is a $200 deposit, also payable within 2 weeks as you're more than 45 days out.

and yes, as long as you're staying at a Disney property, DME is available to you. packages, room onlys and points.

My 180 days out was Monday, but I wasn't dining until my 181 day, so I wasn't sure when I could make my ADR. I took a chance and called Mon night and got all my picks and times, including CRT- no problem. Good luck!

Probably another dumb question, but what's this number? The only one I have is the one to CRO (407-934-7639). Is the other number better to call for a particular reason?
