Have 3 granddaughters who want to do a princess meal so thinking of CRT or Askerhaus leaning towards CRT because who would t want to eat in the castle now which meal.. one grandson obsessed with Mickey and Minnie
As far as Mickey and Minnie would do Chef Mickey but keep hearing the food is not that great.. just not sure where another good one would be and which meal seeing as park hours aren’t out yet
TIA

Mickey and Minnie are at Tusker house in animal kingdom. We had a late breakfast there and really enjoyed it.

We love crt and think the food is really good. I had the potato soup for the first time and it was amazing!! We ate at tusker house like the pp mentioned and were not impressed. Got in 40 minutes after adr and ended up leaving before meeting goofy because it had been over an hour and a half (they typically say it will take awhile to meet them all but we weren’t going to keep waiting for him). Our adr was for 10:35 so I suggest making an adr for around 10 if you for sure want breakfast.

We haven’t tried dinner there yet, but there is Minnie and friends at Hollywood and Vine in HS for dinner. It is seasonal, so it depends on when you are going. We go in June and it is a beach party theme. Not sure if Mickey is there too, but as easy as it was to book an ADR and being in HS before Toy Story Land is open, I was hoping it’s less hectic and packed than other options.

We also did Akershus last trip a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I felt they spent a lot of time with us and it wasn’t rushed.

Actually Minnie does not generally appear at Tusker House, but Animal Kingdom has a separate meet and greet experience with Mickey and Minnie, that you can even get a fastpass for.

Our votes would go to breakfast at Akershus (great variety of princesses and a small princess parade that your grand daughters could participate in, then you could meet Elsa and Anna right afterwards in Norway at the meet and greet) and Chef Mickey. CM does not always get a lot of love here, but we like it. Our DD's request it every trip. It is just 'so Disney' to our family with the Fab 5 characters at the meal and the monorail running through. We try to get the earliest dinner reservation and the food has always been hot / good /fresh. There is a lot of variety for everyone and we enjoy the ice cream sundae station after dinner. It is loud, but fun and high energy - get ready to swing your napkin when it's time to celebrate!

The food is not stellar at CM but that's really not what you're paying for, you're paying for the experience. (Tusker House is a great character meal but doesn't usually have Minnie). I believe that CM is the only character meal where you can see Mickey and Minnie. It's a fun experience at least once for a kid who wants to see the fab 5.

There's 3 character meals where you can see both Mickey and Minnie together:

1-Chef Mickey as mentioned, for any meal
2-Hollywood & Vine for lunch or dinner (outfits/themes change seasonally, but they are always there)
3-Mickey's Backyard BBQ (this one is more expensive though and they don't actually go around to the tables- you get up and dance with them on the stage area and can line up to meet them at some points)

Recently had dinner at CRT. We LOVED our server, but the meal and princesses were less than impressive. Snow White was great and very personable. The others were not as much. For the price of the experience, I would either like great character interaction or a great meal. I got a great Snow White and a really good dessert. As far as Mickey and Minnie go, we enjoy the interaction at Hollywood and Vine. I know people have negative things to say about the food....and several years ago, I would have agreed...but we just ate there in August and again last week and the food was very good.

I agree with Calee a late breakfast at AK Tusker House for Minnie and Mickey. only drawback could be they are in safari outfits. I prefer here to Chef Mickey
