Need a Mickey head to match others please

5 years ago, someone here was kind enough to help with with shirts for a trip with my entire family. This year, we are all going again (22 of us!) I am once again doing shirts and I plan to use part of the old design but my brother had the nerve to have another baby.
I need something like this but that says 'Jack'. Would someone be willing to help me?
