Need a little help

Was trying to get a few fast passes for tomorrow's trip and when I use my MDE app on my phone I can get the passes for me but when I try and add my girlfriend it says she don't have a ticket but she does have a fl pass
Same as mine. But when I add her to it says already linked to account... and it wants me to call Disney... I'm new at using the app but I've tried and tried but just can't get it to work.

Is her MDE linked to your MDE? You have to fully link her MDE to yours if that is where her ticket is linked.

Hmm as far a we both know when we got our passes back two months ago
I added her to my MDE app she doesn't have the app. I scanned it in and it shows up for making dinner plans but won't work for passes

If you go to My Reservations and then to Tickets and Passes, is a ticket linked to her?

Does she have her own MDE account or are you managing her?

If she has her own then her pass should be linked to her account and you would have to invite her to be a friend and family and she'd have to accept it via email.

If you manage her on your account then you need to make sure the ticket is linked to her name and it should show up.

Have you booked FPs before using your MDE?

I have a friend's MDE linked to mine and I can see the pass that is linked to her.

You'll have to call and ask for IT regarding your MM+ account.

Nope this is the first time for fast pass
When I do a dinner it will show up
I'm going tomorrow so I'll stop by guests services and see if they can help me if I can't get it working tonight

Her name showing up for dinner just means you listed her on your Family list.

When you scanned her ticket in, it went elsewhere or is just "lost in space." Good luck tomorrow!
