( sorry didn't really know where to put this) ok i have a huge question!!! well since my mom already made or disney reservations over the phone she was considering making a fake reservation online and then canceling it once i got the stitch hat.. but then she said that she would probably have to pay for canceling so then she told me she probably wont do it. So i am here to ask you if you make a reservation online for disneyland for two nights and cancel it do they charge you a cancelation fee? next question is is the stitch hat code card sent by mail? next and final question is how long does the stitch hat take to get here if it comes by mail?

I really had no idea what you were talking about so I did a search of all the posts on the DIS and found this thread:

It appears that in order to get the Stitch Hat, you have to wait for your documents to arrive in via FedEx. This usually happens about 3 weeks prior to your trip. Since all Disney packages have to be paid in full 45-days prior to the first day of your trip, your mother would not only have to book the trip, but also pay for it in full in order for you to get the hat.

Of course, if she had to cancel the trip once that 45-day mark passed, she would pay a penalty. So, it's probably not worth it for her to book and then cancel a ressie just so that you can get a hat. Sorry.
