Need a light weight/foldable wheelchair

hey gang! I am travelling to China in 4 weeks as a coach for the Us Special Olympic Team. Shanghai, China is hosting the Sp. Olymp. World Summer Games (YAY!). One of my athletes may benefit from having a wheelchair for the trip, though she does not use one normally. There will be a tremendous amount of walking, and she has some mobility problems stemming from partial paralysis to the left side of her body. The problem is, wheelchair use is being discouraged by the powers that be since CHina is not known to be particularly wheelchair accessible (or frankly, all that concerned about the needs of the handicapped). The other coaches and I were hoping to find some possibility of a quick folding, lightweight chair we could use. It would need to be something that will be easy to carry up and down stairs and such, and to fold and maneuver quickly.
