Need A Disney Fix??

i love watching the disney fairytale wedding programs. they always quench my disney thirst.

I got a fix a few days ago when I saw a WDW show on "The Food Network". It was all about the holidays in the parks and related to food (of course). They showed the gigantic Gingerbread house that is created and made in the Grand Floridian, a large Boardwalk that is created at the Boardwalk hotel (made all of food), showed a special Christmas dinner in Epcot, etc..... It was very interesting and I was thrilled to just come upon it while flicking around channels. :)

If you want an even bigger fix, turn on the Travel Channel tonight starting at 5:00. Many of the usual, but the Samantha Brown special hasn't been on that much at all. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen it myslef.

LOVED  LOVED  LOVED  that show. Wish I was heading down now!

This is great! I have had a smile on my face for the past 3 hours! The kids are wondering where dinner is :rotfl:

I got to see both the holiday special on Food Network and part of one of the shows on the Travel Channel. DH and I are really getting excited about going and that just helps fuel it. The holiday one made us decide that we are taking the youngin's between Thanksgiving and Christmas, we thought maybe 2007 but 2008 looks a whole lot more feasable.

I have been watching the disney shows all night instead of packing. We are leaving Saturday morning and now I am super duper excited!!!!! I am going to shreik w/glee!!!!

Thanks EpcotMatt for posting about the shows on Travel Channel yesterday. I watched all of them and my young boys watched them, too. I think they were as interested as I was - they like the behind the scenes stuff the best. I think we need to do a Keys to the Kingdom tour one of these days. My 6 and 8 year olds also now want to surf in Typhoon Lagoon and scuba dive in the Living Seas. :rotfl2:

Again thanks for posting about this! Definitely helped scratch my Disney Itch and got the "when are we going back" discussions underway again!
