Did you try calling Disney dining and seeing what was available? If you give them your time frame, they can tell you every TS that has openings in all of the World.

I had to change something for 9/19 last week and that is what a kind CM did for me. My options for 5 people included: Marrakech and Nine Dragons at Epcot, Cape May, Raglan Road and every TS at a mod resort.

Have you called Disney directly? I needed an ADR for Sep 22 dinner and didn't have too much trouble finding something.... our favorites were all taken but there certainly options. HTH!

Where are you looking to make a reservation? I mean there are hundreds of places. Did you call Disney Dining?

9/17 Chef Mickeys for lunch & Concourse for Dinner, but looking to get Chef Mickeys or CP or Kona Cafe for dinner and cancel Concourse

9/18 Akershus Breakfast

9/19 Wolfgang Puck Cafe

9/20 Ohana for dinner

9/21 Hollywood & Vine Breakfast

Would like to change 9/17 and get dinner at CM, CP or Kona Cafe. I know, dreaming!!

Also, not sure about Hollywood Breakfast? Been reading a few bad reviews lately and would consider going somewhere else. I've called DD for the past couple of weeks looking for cancellations for 9/21 & 9/17.
