Need a autograph card to match Natalie's

I have several of Natalie's autograph pages downloaded from her 2009 book. (Left over from last trip!) However, I am needing a Rapunzel and Finn (if they are even there for signatures). Could someone either make one for me or direct me to one?
Also, this is the first time we are going to MNSSHP and I wanted to have a few special pages for that. Do you know of a designer that has some done already?

Try Mel's photo bucket (bababear_50) or there is a thread called something like how to make an autograph book. I have both in donatalies style that I'm sure one of these guys did.
