need 71-143 points for BCV in Oct and ?'s

Hi I'm looking for a reservation at BCV Oct 11th check out 16th. Here is my question....... I for sure need 71 points for DH and I, but now my inlaws might all tag along if they do I would need a two bedroom and need 143 points.

Is it possible to put on hold a two bedroom and pay the 71 points for the studio for now until I know for sure they are coming, then add the additional points?

How difficult is it to get a 2 bedroom in October? I am ready to pay for the 71 points right away and at least get a studio squared away for us.
