Need 47 Points

I've never done this before so please bear with me. My family is interested in staying at the BWV (studio) from December 2 - 6. It will be myself, DH & 2 DS (ages 4 & 7). According to the points calculator that would be 47 points. Am I crazy to think that there would even be availability at this late date? If so, does anyone have the points necessary, and how much do you want for them?
