Need 40-44 pts for BWV Dec 10 & Dec 11,2004

I would love to rent 44 points for a BWV studio (preferred) but standard (40 pts) is fine if that's all there is for Dec 10th and Dec 11th.
I have already rented points for OKW for the week and have finally decided on BWV for the weekend.
