I've been trying for the last 6 days 3+ times a day to try and get 3 rooms at an onsite disney property. I can't beleive they 5 days before they still have sold out of 30,000 rooms!

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get onsite rooms? I don't want to stay offsite.

I'm sure that someone has some extra rooms.

BTW: I'm a annual pass, fla resident and have visited disney over 30+ times.

I'd even take a 2 or 3 bed room suite!

Did you try going to the WDW site directly? At this point you may want to make the decision to go with Rack. Not something that any of us want to do but at this point you may have to. I just got off the phone with CRO after being told that everything for my dates was sold out. I went online and saw availability for a value. CRO told me that the web site puts aside rooms just for online booking.

Yes, I've been to disney's website. I must say it's the worse for looking for rooms. They force you to enter each resort and then when noon rooms are available you need to start all over at the main hotel listing. It is really the worse system. They should have a system which shows any hotels with rooms on the dates you selected.

Hard to believe but I'm fairly clever with trying to find rooms and the whole of WDW is sold out for your dates(which also were mine). I don't expect any rooms to become available and so have decided to take my daughter to London instead. I think what others do- WDW is getting incredibly booked, even in the off-season. Good luck with your plans. Threehearts

Have you tried the Swan or Dolphin? They have their own reservation # you can call.

Also, check the DVC rent/trade board. We've done last minute trips renting points before. Also you can check ebay for DVC members who have reservations for sale by auction.

Another idea is Expedia. They have some WDW resorts.

Oh, and the best idea, book with Dreams Unlimited!! They got me a room on New Years two years in a row when WDW was totally booked.

Good Luck!!!! :)

I had a hard time getting my ressies & I booked last month. Yesterday I called to see if I could add a room so my aunt & uncle could join us for one of the nights (didn't matter which) & there was nothing. We are going 2/18-2/21. It is Presidents weekend, some Fl counties have Friday off (as we do) & there is the race at Daytona Speedway... yes, I can see every room on property booked for this weekend. Chances are slim that you will get one, but it never hurts to keep trying. My aunt told me to forget it since it is that booked (she said she only has 1 day for Disney & isn't going to be wasted it on lines all day).

I put your dates in on the Disney site and Beach Club was showing available.

Still no luck in getting 3 rooms or at least an affordable 2-3 bedroom suite.

I just can't believe it. Who's holding them?

Just a little FYI about these dates..... I know upstate NY has winter break and many people are going down to Orlando.
I would not be surprised if there are other schools off also. I'm sure that ads to the numbers. Everyone here in NY wants to get somewhere warm!!!!

Okay but 30,000 rooms and not 3 are available? They always, always hold back rooms... people always cancel...

One thing the magical deam doesn't have is a wait list!

It's really weird...when I use the date you gave me with 4 nights, nothing opens up at Disney...however when I drop off one night, I got two offers...one for Disney's Old Key West and the other for Port Orleans French Quarter. :confused3 Does that help you any?

try hotels.com or expedia.com... they sometimes have rooms when no one else does!

I think that means that no one resort has openings for all 4 nights. You could probably get rooms if you did not mind resort hopping. What I would do is go through one of the TA's mentioned around here like Dreams Unlimited or Grand Getaways Travel (I am using this one for a trip later). It's a lot easier for them to check than you, and it won't cost you anything.
