I need 252 points for a one bedroom villa at Beach Club Villa. Im interested in 3/28/06 - 4/04/06

I've rented some of our points twice before.
The terms are:
$10 / point
20 % down when the reservation is confirmed
The remaining balance is due 40 days prior to the first day of the reservation.

Payment preference is a cashiers/certified check.
