I need 252 points for a one bedroom villa at Beach Club Villa. Im interested in 2/05/06 - 2/12/06.

I just checked and it is available. I have had two previous renters. Here's my terms:

$10/point
20 % down when the reservation is confirmed
The remaining balance is due 40 days prior to the first day of the reservation.

Payment preference is a cashiers/certified check.
