Need 2 preferred view studios BWV 11/30-12/3

I need 2 studios for 11/30 through 12/3/2003 (4 nights).

I would prefer BWV preferred view.

I believe BWV would require a total of 96 points.

I would like to pay $9 per point. I have rented DVC points on 3 prior occasions, and will provide references if asked.

FWIW, there is already a waitlist for BWV standard view studios for most (if not all) days in early December. Early December is a very popular time for DVC members to visit/use their points.

IMHO, you will have a hard time finding someone willing to rent you points for that time if you are only willing to pay $9.50/point (especially if they have to use the waitlist, which may or may not come through). But that is JMHO. Hope it works out for you.

(Just posting so you know you may need a back up plan if those dates are firm).

I appreciate your advice - time to make a backup plan.... I am actually seeking these rooms for my relatives. I am booked at BCV already. If I were them, I would pay the premium for the preferred view rooms, but they do not want too...

Oh well, perhaps I can talk them into OKW, I love the place!!
