Need 2 more TS restaurants

My family and I are going to WDW during Thanksgiving week, so we have a little more than a month until I can start making ADR's. We are not on the dining plan (staying offsite), so we are limiting our TS meals to 4. We are definitely doing Crystal Palace for an early breakfast and Sci-Fi Diner because my daughter really wants to try that one. That leaves us with two more. Believe it or not, we really don't want a sit down dinner at World Showcase in Epcot. We plan to "snack around the world," so we can try a bit of everything on one of our Epcot days. I would like to try a resort restaurant, and I'm sure our daughter would like another character meal. I would love to hear any and all suggestions!

1900 Park Faire is a great option for a resort character meal. Especially the dinner for little princesses since Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine & both step-sisters all make appearances!

Also, Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House is really yummy and it's fun seeing all the characters in their safari gear!

Chef Mickey's or 1900 Park Fare.

Boma or Kona Cafe for your non character meal and 1900 Park Fare or Ohana breakfast for your character meal. Ohana may be harder to get so the Cape May breakfast would be a good backup.

I'm going to skip the Epcot resorts since you will be snacking that day.

Tusker House Breakfast character buffet is one of my son favorite.
And Cape May is another good Breakfast buffet.

I would recommend the Hoop Dee Doo Review. It is a western themed dinner show with all you care to eat meal. The show is a blast, if you like slapstick, corny jokes with lots of singing and dancing. The food is fried chicken, ribs, salad, strawberry shortcake - "down home cooking". It is not gourmet, but very good. It also includes beer, wine, and sangria.
It is a great time and we will be going again on our next trip.
For a resort dinner, I would choose Kona Cafe at the Poly. It is a great meal and the Poly is beautiful. If you time it correctly, you can watch Wishes from the beach after dinner.
