NEED 12 to 14 Points for 2/23/05 add on

We are new owners traveling in February on SSR Developer Points and have booked at BWV for 2/24/ to 3/4. Need 12 points to transfer or 14 points to rent (have two remaining points, have no clue how this works) for night of 2/23/05. I don't know at what point a DVC'er can transfer points to my account, not closing until May. Maybe someone could help me out here. Thanks.
