I'm thinking of moving over from AKL CL to the BC for a few nights next month. Are all the rooms recently redone? I have seen different photos re. bedspreads, etc.
None of the people in my group have ever stayed at BC and I think it would be fun to try it - especially that legendary pool. Kids are 9,8 & 7.
Any tips on water/pool and standard views and proximity to lobby. I remember reading abt. people saying their room was FAR off from Lobby.
Thanks~

I was in a standard room about midway between the lobby and the end of the building very close to the single elevator near th quiet pool, and found the location to be just fine. I didn't think the walk from my room to the lobby was that bad. It only took a few minutes to get to the lobby.

We stayed in BC in 2002 and we were all crazy about it. I would definitely go back again. Anyway, in answering your ? we stayed in a "Water view" room which ended up being a view of the quiet pool. We didn't like being so far from the lobby and Stormalong Bay.

However, being at that end did mean that we were extremely close to Epcot, which is our favorite park. We could walk out of our room and be at Epcot in less that 5 minutes. My kids thought that was cool. :teeth:

You will love it there!

We're going to the BC in 9 days - it'll be our first time seeing the renovated rooms. I don't have any pics of them, but here's a site that gives details on room locations:
