neck wallets????

I have a question, if you have a neck wallet and no other bags do you have to go throught security or can you go through the no bag line???

I sometimes only have the Passporter holder which is only about 4x5. I do not go through security check when wearing this.

I usually carry in my camera bag and have always gone through the no bag line. They will usually do a quick check though.
