First, I'm pretty sure these two things are only on the Blu Ray disc and only if your Blu Ray player is connected to the internet and is BD-Live capable. (Works great on our PS3, which we use as a Blu Ray player.)
Both of these things are in the extras, in the family games section.
1) Play the Mirror Mirror on the Wall game where you answer questions about yourself to find out what princess you are most like. After you finish and get your answer, you have the option to put in your phone number to receive a call from the princess you were most like. The call comes (or at least, mine did) about five minutes after you enter your phone number. It is a call from Disney's Enchanted Calls service. I believe it's probably a pretty generic call, but I let my daughter listen to it so I have no idea what Snow White told her. Also, a caveat: I have no idea if that puts your phone number on some sort of list, but for Disney I will make an exception from my "never give out my phone number" policy. I don't know if you can do the quiz again and get a second call or not, haven't tried it. (yet)
2) There is another game called Scene Stealer and you can visit a website (they give you the address on the screen when you select Scene Stealer) to upload three pictures and select the person's head for each one, and then they replace Snow White, Doc, and Dopey in a sort of silly Snow White music video. After you finish uploading the pictures, the website will give you a code to enter using your Blu Ray player and then your video will play. Again, you can only use your own pictures if your Blu Ray player is connected to the internet and is BD-Live capable, which the PS3 is, along with several other models you can connect to the internet.
