A few years ago I stumbled onto one of the casserole insulated carriers with no dish. It was 9x9 had a pocket for plates and utensils as well. It was only .50 cents in the bargain store simular to big lots that I was in at the time.
This became my bag for shampoo soap deodorant and all that kind of stuff I can get everything in it that DH and DD and myself needs for a week. It fits into one of our big bags for travel.
Meds I use a kid sized insulated lunch box found that on the clearance rack as well and DH needed the thermos for work but not the box. I can get the battery chargers for cell phone and camera in the med box too. The med bag also goes into one of our larger bags.
Got to be creative when ya see some things on clearance for next to nothing.
