Nearest beach?

Dh wants to spend a day at the beach after leaving WDW. Where's the nearest one and about how many minutes/hours/or miles? Thanks!

We went to Daytona once from WDW and went to WDW 3 days when we were in Daytona. I think it took about 1 hour to get there.

Cocoa Beach area is about 45 minutes from Disney on the East Coast
