Can anyone tell me if it is better to use a travel agent through KINGDOM MAGIC VACATION or to call DISNEY directly? Agent told that she could get me special promotions that WDW itself wont. Is it true? I am not calling anyone a liar, just need to make sure i get the best deals possibles. Thanks for your help!

Sometimes this is the case. Just ask them for a quote first. Then match it up to Disney and see which is better. I did better with an agent my last trip and had no problems. They even set up the magical express for us.

I've never used a travel agent but I don't see why you couldn't do what the previous poster suggested.
