Ok I can't find the offical thread but was wondering what the heck happened Mon night I am soooo confused

it appears we are breaking into 2 "teams" Pinehearst (which sounds like a rest home) and "the Company"
Pine- Daddy Petrelli. Daphane, Syler(?) ...
Co- Mommy Petrelli, HRG, Miranda, Nathan, Tracy, Peter, Claire ...

and then Hiro, and Matt are on the outside still? I am guessing Peter will get some powers back or something and which side is Syler really on? I just felt confused after it was over thats all!
