I've stayed there. It's nice. The location is great. Like I said...there's a bright spot to everything.Wonder what or where they will offer us?
Probably the now empty BCV because everyone is dumping their DVC there because of no feature pool .
This was just posted on a couple of other sites. Has anyone heard anything about this?? Any communication from Disney?
Not without a feature pool in August it’s not. I have stayed at both BC and YC many times . Being offered to walk to BW pool is not what I am paying for .I've stayed there. It's nice. The location is great. Like I said...there's a bright spot to everything.

I am YCSo far most GDT moves I’ve seen on here have been to Riviera. Fingers crossed! Not a beach club fan.
Have you stayed at Riviera? Is it comparable to Yacht? We book yacht for the no carpet , newly refurbished rooms and walking ability to two parks. Curious of your opinionWe got offered the Riviera, 1 br Villa for a YC CL stay. No refund for the CL portion of our stay. Cost wise, it was a downgrade and we only got the 1 br to allow them to not refund us much, about $120. I suspect without CL, they would’ve offered a studio. We turned it down.
I have not, but did do a DVC tour. It is very nice, it was actually the resort we chose for our cancelled trips. And it’s very new. I would not be happy at all with the studio because of the beds, but otherwise I consider it comparable to the YC, with the pool being far superior at the YC.Have you stayed at Riviera? So sorry they did that. I am so disappointed and angry at how the lack of communication, lack of continuity of offers and now this NBA deal spreading over three deluxe resorts.I have not, but did do a DVC tour. Transportation is a pain though if they don’t use the gondolas- if they do it would be great for access to Epcot and HS. We just don’t know yet.
My problem with the move was they would not refund the CL portion of our stay. The YC was more expensive at CL. It was easy for me to compare because I had it booked earlier. I had an AP discount though, so they compared rack rates at the Riviera to my YC AP rate and decided it was an upgrade.

We booked two queen beds , that’s one of our issues. A pullout will not work. Transportation is huge and a feature pool is a must. Thanks for your input.
