Hi, I have an Amazon Fire tablet, when it comes to downloading the Navigator App am I going to be able to use the Amazon Fire tablet or am I going to have to get a smart phone? Thanks to everybody.
Pretty much. You have to be connected to the wifi labeled DCLGuest and then it becomes more useful - it shows the Daily Navigator events, dining menus, shows, movies, character appearances, etc. It also gives you facts about the ship and facts about the port you stop at.I just downloaded this on my iPad. It doesn't seem like I can do anything with app right now. Does it only become useful when onboard?
Hi, I'm not very computer savvy, how do you download the navigator app using the amazon fire? Even though my cruise is not until next year. Thanks
Hi, I just tried to download the navigator app on my amazon fire using the apple iTunes site and I'm getting an error either non-compatible device or Android mobile device that isn't linked to your google account. Apps from google play can't be installed on non-android devices. Thanks
FYI - you can get the Google Play store on your Fire, and without jail-breaking it. A Fire is an Android device; Amazon just monkeys with it to make it easier for you to shop and consume/buy digital content from them.
