Navigator app question

With the newest iteration of the Navigator app, I wondered, does everyone have to have their own log in or do you just log in on the ship with your room number (like you did before the upgrade)?

I believe the log in is personalized now with your name and birthdate.

Also, an adult needs to enter a code for a minor to access to app.
